“On The Day Styling Your Way” is a service that is ideal for couples who require a trustworthy professional to set up their styling details on the day. You’ll organise everything and create an actionable to-do list, and I’ll set up all styling elements as guided by your instructions.

This service is perfect for those who have already hired or purchased most of their styling items, confirmed their vendors and need someone to set up everything up on the big day.

Inclusions:

🗓 Planning & Prep

• On-site or Zoom consultation (2–4 weeks before the day)
• Online support during the lead-up
• Review of your styling to-do list
• Four-way travel to your venue on the day of your wedding and pack down 

🎀 Styling Setup

• Placement of all decorative items, including:
• Chairs, rugs, candles, signage, guest book, wishing well
• Place cards, table numbers, centrepieces
• Pre-arranged florals and accessories
• Steaming and styling of table linens and napkins
• Ensuring all items are placed beautifully and aligned with your vision

🔄 Transitions & Touches

• Repositioning of ceremony items to reception (if at the same venue)
• Coordination with vendors as needed (e.g. florist, photographer, furniture hire)

📦 Wrap & Pack Down

• late night pack down of small items
• Items gathered for vendor collection or storage as pre-arranged
• Ensuring gifts, cards and personal items are collected by a nominated person

Note: This service doesn’t include the moving of large or heavy furniture.
